Important Facts:

(1) Also called "golden bells"
(2) Moon goddess in Aztec mythology
(3) Daughter of Coatlicue
(4) Ruler of the star gods, Centzon Huitznahuas
(5) Was killed by Huitzilopochtli after she told the star gods to kill her mother Coatlicue. This was done because Huitzilopochtli wanted his mother to be able to look at the sky and be comforted by seeing her daughter in the sky. Her head would be known as the moon.
(6) Had a son Quetzolcoatl and a son Xolotl
